Sound Designer, Letters to My Grandma

Born in Mumbai and raised In Montreal, Rehan started to get into sound by volunteering at CKUT 90.3fm as a technician, editor and co-host. After composing for a student dance project, he took an interest in the performing arts and started knocking on some doors! His theatrical debut was composing and sound designing for the 2018 production of Birthmark (Teesri Duniya), followed by the META award winning Encore (Tableau D’Hôte Theatre) and Spun (Silkroad Institute). Since the later half of 2022 he has composed for a French multimedia installation Le Cube Infini, two dance numbers in Quebec, the play The Rishta (Silkroad Institute), produced at the Centaur theatre, and his first gallery soundscape for the tapestry artist Molly Bertheaud.
