Mary Ellen Gallant

Mary Ellen is proud to be an Islander. Growing up in Summerside, she moved to Charlottetown with her husband where she began her career with Cows Ice Cream.  This led to her assisting in founding & operating a Chocolate Manufacturing Company, something she truly loved and continued at for 20 years.

Upon retirement she worked with her husband in the family business.

Mary Ellen loves spending her summers at her home in beautiful Rustico.

She loves the theatre and is proud to sit on the board at the Watermark.
