The role of Beatrice in The Waltz

Kryslyne is a Filipina-Canadian interdisciplinary artist based in Tkaronto; York University for Classical Voice Performance graduating with Honors under Norma Burrowes. Kryslyne has been active in workshopping new Canadian musicals along with performing original musicals during the Toronto Fringe Festivals. A few credits include Juliet at St.Lawrence Shakespeare Festival, Penny at Capitol Theatre’s Prairie Nurse, and Amy in A Perfect Bowl of Pho at the Toronto Fringe Festival. Kryslyne is proud to be a quarter of Passing Strangers, a traveling band focusing on bringing music back to the streets of Tkaronto. Kryslyne is a recent recipient of the Janice Poetry Prize from the University of Toronto. Her poetry will be shared at the Toronto International Festival of Authors this fall. She’s excited to make her debut in PEI with Watermark Theatre! Kryslyne sends love to her friends and family for supporting her delusional desire to share music and art wherever it takes her.
