Gabriella in “Boeing Boeing” and Chick Boyle in “Crimes of the Heart”
Alexandra Montagnese is an actor, puppeteer, and theatre creator. She is a founding member of the Montreal-based Jot & Tittle Puppetry Collective and is a core company member of Lucid Ludic in Toronto. Alexandra has performed several one-woman shows including Suddenly, There by Michael Lake which had its debut at the Atlantic Fringe Festival in 2014. Her most recent one-woman show Public Mischief, which she wrote, won pick of the fringe at Kingston’s Storefront Fringe, 2018. Alexandra has performed at the Summerworks festival, Theatre Direct, Thousand Islands Playhouse, Young People’s Theatre, Shadowland Theatre, Bad Dog, Shakespeare in Action, Theatre Kingston, the Rhubarb festival, Theatre Rusticle, Infinitheatre, and L’Autre théâtre. Alexandra holds a BA from McGill and an MFA from York University.
